Protective Services Administrator
As a Protective Services Administrator, you are responsible for overseeing increasing demands across a wide range of services within your agency — such as assessing clients' risk levels, protecting clients’ safety and property, gathering evidence to substantiate abuse, assessing the need for services to reduce risk, client advocacy, and crisis intervention.
These responsibilities are compounded by the stress of dealing with employee burnout and turnover, keeping clients and staff safe, ever-present documentation and compliance demands, and local, state, and federal mandates.
While the unique challenges of your job will always be present, your burden can be lightened by working with a partner that understands these challenges and has created solutions to address them head-on. A partner like Northwoods.
