Scan, Upload & Capture Documents

In the office, caseworkers or clerical staff easily scan documents and upload content to the electronic case file to use when and where it’s needed.

Take Photos

Caseworkers use their tablet or iPhone® to take photos of clients or living conditions in full color for investigations, assessments, or to create lifebooks for adopted children. Through the Traverse mobile apps, images are automatically added to the case file and captioned with the date, time, and client and caseworker names. Caseworkers can also add additional notes.

Capture Video and Audio

Caseworkers use their tablet to capture audio and video of conversations with clients or living conditions as evidence or for future reference. The recording automatically becomes part of the secure case file in Traverse with no additional effort.
